Abstract
The idea of keeping a business going now goes beyond just caring for the earth. It also includes social and money matters, like keeping good workers. A lasting workforce stays engaged, does well, can change, and stays loyal. AI has a big impact on how companies manage their people. It’s good at looking at data spotting patterns, doing tasks, and predicting what might happen. This means it’s changing Human Resource Management (HRM) in a big way. It’s set to cause a revolution in how businesses find, grow, keep happy, and hold onto their most important asset: their workers. The integration of Artificial Intelligence (AI) into Human Resource Management marks the latest significant leap in the evolution of the field. Employee retention is a critical aspect of organizational sustainability. High turnover rates lead to significant costs, including recruitment expenses, onboarding costs, lost productivity, and decreased morale among remaining staff.
