| Abstract | This study explores the assessment and measurement of Social and Emotional Learning (SEL)
competencies among students, focusing on the five core competencies: self-awareness, self
management, social awareness, relationship skills, and responsible decision-making. SEL plays a
pivotal role in promoting academic achievement, emotional well-being, and positive social
interactions. However, despite its importance, the accurate and reliable assessment of these
competencies remains a challenge due to the subjective nature of SEL skills and the limitations
of existing tools.
