| Abstract | Artificial Intelligence (AI) is transforming higher education environments by
acting not just as a set of tools but as an active pedagogical partner. In recent years, the
proliferation of AI has transformed the way children interact with the world. AI has
become ubiquitous, offering unprecedented access to information, entertainment, and
social connectivity. While AI technology presents numerous educational and
developmental opportunities, their overuse has sparked growing concern among parents,
educators, and healthcare professionals. Furthermore, the psychological impact of
prolonged screen time, including increased risks of anxiety, depression, and addiction, has
become a pressing public health issue.
