Abstract

Financial inclusion is a critical driver of inclusive economic growth, particularly in
developing countries like India. The Government of India has introduced various social
security initiatives under the Pradhan Mantri Jan Suraksha Schemes to provide affordable
insurance and pension coverage to economically vulnerable sections. These schemes play a
significant role in bringing marginalized populations into the formal financial system. This
study examines the beneficiaries’ perception of Pradhan Mantri Jan Suraksha Schemes and
their contribution to financial inclusion in Pollachi Taluk. The study further explores the role
of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in analyzing beneficiaries’ perceptions and understanding the
long-term implications of financial inclusion on the future of taxation. AI-based data analysis
helps identify patterns in participation, satisfaction, and financial behavior, enabling
predictive insights into tax base expansion and revenue sustainability. The findings highlight
that improved financial inclusion through Jan Suraksha Schemes enhances financial
transparency and supports inclusive taxation policies. The study concludes that AI-driven
insights can strengthen public finance management and assist policymakers in designing
efficient and equitable tax systems for the future.
