| Abstract | Blockchain technology is significantly reshaping modern business operations by offering improved clarity, security, and process efficiency. This research delves into the essential characteristics of blockchain and examines its transformative effects in industries such as finance, supply chain management, and retail. Relying on secondary data and descriptive methods,the study investigates how blockchain builds trust, simplifies procedures through the use of smart contracts, and overcomes key limitations of traditional systems. It also considers the hurdles businesses face when adopting blockchain solutions and explores the technology’s future role in commerce. The findings indicate that blockchain serves as a vital innovation tool, enhancing business competitiveness in today’s digital economy. |
