Abstract

The integration of Artificial Intelligence (AI) into Human Resource Management (HRM) is transforming the way organizations attract, retain, and manage talent. AI-driven HRM leverages advanced analytics, machine learning, and automation to enhance decision-making, streamline recruitment, improve employee engagement, and foster data-driven workforce planning. Future prospects indicate a shift toward predictive HR systems capable of identifying employee needs, reducing attrition, and enhancing personalized career development. Intelligent chatbots and virtual assistants are expected to automate routine HR tasks, allowing professionals to focus on strategic roles. Moreover, AI-driven tools will play a pivotal role in unbiased recruitment, continuous performance monitoring, and reskilling initiatives aligned with organizational goals. However, challenges related to ethical concerns, transparency, and employee data privacy must be addressed to ensure sustainable adoption. Overall, AI promises to reshape HRM into a more agile, inclusive, and future-ready function, creating a competitive advantage for forward-looking organizations. Thus, the future of HRM lies in balancing technological innovation with human-centric values to achieve long-term organizational success
