Abstract
India’s vision of becoming a developed nation by 2047—Bharat@2047—demands a future-ready innovation ecosystem supported by inclusive digital transformation, robust infrastructure, human capital enhancement, and responsible technological governance. This paper examines the present innovation landscape, emerging opportunities in AI, digital finance, deep-tech sectors, and the digital public infrastructure (DPI) model. It also highlights the structural challenges that may hinder equitable digital transformation and outlines actionable strategies to build a technologically resilient, economically competitive, and socially inclusive India by 2047.
